PARALLAX

Keeping true to form, it only took a matter of 10 days after production ended to get this grand finale blog out there. To be quite honest however, I don't know if my brain was capable of coming up with an intelligent wrap story following the end of principal photography.

Simply put, what a crazy month. More specifically, what a crazy few months. After over 2 years of development, 6 months of pre-production, and 19 shooting days, the time has come to finally relax (well for some of us at least). Truth be told, completing principal photography for this film was the most difficult thing I've done in my life (this is Tommy too in case you've been wondering who the Phantom Blogger is). I say that not because we were unprepared or anything, just simply because of the true madness that producing a feature film entails. In fact, if we weren't as prepared as we were, this month would've taken a solid 5-6 years off of my life.

So now with principal photography done, the footage we captured is off the editing room for our lovely editor Sara to begin her journey of piecing everything together. We anticipate the post-production phase to take a solid few months as there are many hands that the material needs to pass through before "Parallax" is complete. We feel great though, and are very confident in our post-production department.

Before I sign off, I'd like to thank everyone who made this past month possible. From the many businesses in the West Chester community who either supported us financially, or through letting us film at their locations to all of the cast and crew members who gave up sleep and sanity to make this happen. While we still have some time until a final product will exist, I know that what we have will be great, and for that I thank you all.

Until next time, take care fans.
